Mills Jewelry sets team high for season 

Not a good day for the Rams 

Super Bowl Sunday was not a good day for teams called Rams. Most people know in the NFL, the 

Patriots beat the Rams; however far, far fewer people know the Bills beat the Rams in the annual Super Bowling event at Al-Mar Lanes. 

The winning Bills team consisted of Dave Dohanos, Dylan Dohanos and Brian Dimick. 

The Bills went undefeated, besting the Colts, the Lions and the Patirots to advance 

unblemished through the round to eventually beat the Rams for the second time/ The 

final score was 29-3. The Rans emerged through the double-elimination bracket after losing to the Bills previously. After being sent to the loser’s 

bracket the Rams beat the Texans to advance to the finals. 

Dylan Dohanos struggled his first game inh the finals but rebounded with a 278; Dimick shot 242 and 

220. Dimick also shot 300-266 against the Lions earlier.

The runners up consisted of Bill Whitman, Chuck Close and Doug Trumbull. The third 

place Texans team consisted of John Gallagher, Marcos Zamudio and Paul Overhulse. 

Surviving the Game: 

The latest results showed those eliminated in the Surviving the Game event in Week 13. They included 

two members of the Ladies Major league, Teresa Hiler who was 55 pins 

under average and Janet Yarger, -47. Also eliminated was Richard Koontz of the American League
 at 

-35 and Chris Peace of the Eagles League at 34 under.
